The Er Fitness Method is an online fitness platform designed to help women build a leanEr, strongEr, healthiEr body through fun & effective on-the-go workouts and fresh recipes. The Er Method features creative workout formats personally lead by me, Casie Allan, the owner & creator of this fitness platform, a mom of two, former NFL Cheerleader and fitness professional.
