Combining the most effective, safe, and fun elements of this modality, our indoor cycling classes are crafted with intelligence and passion, and our method is backed by science. It's a highly effective party on the bike. Our signature Barre classes are high-intensity, low-impact, and functional strength training workouts. Unlike other barre classes, our Barre classes utilize heavy weights and emphasize functional movements in all planes of motion, mobility, strength, and flexibility.
