“Base to Base Converter” converts both integer and fractional numbers to and from all bases between 2 (binary) and 16 (hexadecimal). Together with performing calculations, it explains the steps in detail. Conversion from base A to base B is done and explained in two steps: 1. Base A to base 10(decimal), 2. Base 10 to base B.
