Sessions using the reformer, tower, chair, cadillac and mat. The Wellness workshops and specialty class offerings are based on the latest science research for improving wellness. Meditation, self-compassion, Tai'chi, nutrition and more. Coastline is beginner friendly (you do not need experience or need to be "flexible") to get started.
