This app allows you to create custom check in forms for an event or kiosk. All items are synced to iCloud and can be used across multiple devices. A free trial allows for 1 event and 30 checkins to make sure the app will work for you.
Choose from multiple different colors, 2 different themes, and 4 different designs, as well as custom Logo pictures to be shown during Checkin. Pull all records across multiple locations and export to Excel.
Lock the kiosk with a passcode, and certain user specific information is auto-filled on the form. You can see when the same user signed in across multiple events or devices. Great for Doctor Offices or any business on a daily checkin basis. Also works well for any specific events, such as conferences, trade shows, sporting events, school events, etc.
1 Event is created and a maximum of 30 checkins to demo the app for free. A monthly subscription is available for $3.99 to create more than 1 event and no Checkin limit. Cancel anytime. Barber Check In Kiosk is made to give walk in customers a way to check in without the mobile app. Simple and fast, a kiosk can be added using an Apple iPad and a floor stand or wall mount. Customers will enter their name, phone and email address the same as they would using the mobile app.
SETUP
To set up the kiosk, type CONFIG at the first screen. Enter your assigned System ID and Password. This will connect the kiosk to the online dashboard. To see the entries, go to www.barbercheckin.com/login/. Enter your credentials to login. At the top menu, select Displays->Standard Display and the entries will appear in order.
DEMO
If you would like to play with our demo, type CONFIG at the first screen and use "demo" for all your credentials. This will connect the kiosk to our demo system and then you can log in to the online dashboard using "demo" for all three fields.
