No frills fitness tracker, with a focus on automatic progression. After finishing a workout session, every exercise is automatically progressed based on each exercise's Progression settings. If you stay consistent and continue to work on these exercises, you will get stronger. In time it'll be hard to believe how far you've come. Exercises are customizable. Can do time based sets, rep based sets, weighted or not and you can progress exercises based on time, reps or weight. Progression can be linear or exponential. No more fussing with spreadsheets.
