專業英文PVQC (Professional Vocabulary Credential)是一種行業或學科特定用途的專業英文(English for Specific Purposes, ESP)學習體系，軟體內容聚焦在Everyday Life and Workplaces (ELW) (生活與職場)日常生活與幼兒保育(ICC, Infant and Children Care的學科或行業英文。本軟體內容除了食衣住行育樂日常生活基礎用語與校園課堂英文(campus and classroom English)外，並提供幼兒保育行業(或學科)的核心關鍵單字(vocabulary)、關鍵字詞(keywords)及關鍵句(key sentences)為內容的有效學習。
PVQC學習與測評體系依照難易度可分成: Fundamentals(基礎級), Specialist (專業級), 及 Expert (專家級)。
本軟體使用者需已有效帳號者，才能使用。帳號請使用者直接向學校或貴機構取得帳號，使用本軟體練習檢測或認證。
本軟體是配合校園[生生用平板電腦]計畫與雙語教育推動計畫以及高教深耕或優質化等計畫，專門提供給已購買Apple iPad學校的學習者考試檢測服務用。當進行檢測認證時，成績資料會上傳到GLAD的Database內，不會流到第三方的平台去。
由於部分測驗項目需要進行大量與快速的英文文字輸入，建議在參加認證考試檢測時，能加裝與iOS及iPad可良好匹配使用的鍵盤輸入裝置，建議務必使用Apple官方認可的鍵盤，並勤加練習檢測。
其他與PVQC可配合的學習體系有：PELC專業英文聽寫能力, GQC文法聽寫能力, VQC一般英文單字力等。
