EasyTeleMed Home is an innovative telemedicine app for the autonomous acquisition of vital parameters from the patient and automatic and immediate transmission to EasyTeleMed EMR Plus. EasyTeleMed Home has a user-friendly graphical interface: through audio-visual reminders, it reminds the patient when to acquire measurements according to the personalized care plan and guides the patient in the correct execution of activities, providing immediate feedback on the outcome. It is also possible to record measurements outside the care plan and answer questionnaires. Users must seek the advice of a physician in addition to using EasyTeleMed Home and before making any medical decisions. EasyTeleMed does not interpret, make diagnoses or serve as a substitute for medical care. It is not intended to provide real time data. EasyTeleMed is contraindicated for use in high-acuity environments, such as the ICU or operating rooms, and is not intended for use on acutely or critically ill patients or those requiring time-critical or emergency intervention. EasyTeleMed is not intended for use in settings and on patients where the nature of changes in vital parameters is such that they could create an immediate danger to the patient.
