How ATC’s National Autism Travel Card program works for families For just $10/year, families can download their digital Autism Traveler app. With access to the ATC App, identifying participating autism-friendly businesses and destinations is just a few taps away. Upon arrival to participating businesses, simply check in and show the confirmation in a dignified way to identify as a family in need of an autism-friendly experience, without needing to say a word. The program was originally developed by Surfside Beach-based nonprofit organization Champion Autism Network (CAN) to help ensure that families with autism have the same access to life-enriching play and travel experiences as typical families get to enjoy. CAN will continue championing the program by serving as an ATC premiere affiliate partner.
