We make all of our own cheeses - mozza, queso, almond parmesan. We use Canola Oil for deep frying our food. In our salads we use Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sunflower Oil. For sauteeing and pan frying we use Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Truffle Oil, and Vegan Butter. We use maple syrup, cane sugar, and brown sugar. We use sunflower oil and coconut oil. We use coconut milk, soy milk and oat milk. We make our own gluten free flour mixes. We use pure vanilla extract. We use pure Vegan Butter in our icing and baking. We use 70% dark chocolate powder.
