Improve your decision making at work or at home. With Decision Table you can build complex decisions in a transparent and clear format that stimulates discussion and reduces biases. Define a limited number of discrete decision outcomes (scenarios), and the criteria (factors) by which you will judge each of these scenarios. Use a mix of qualitative and quantitative criteria to capture how your values and metrics map to the decision options, and optionally highlight the recommended decision.
