She then felt compelled to take Pilates and amplify it by developing her own method, the TONED method. TONED is a combination of Pilates, Sculpt, Stretching & functional movements that FEEL good in your body. Each workout is carefully programmed to bring you the best and most effective at home workout, and the program is constantly evolving to suit member needs. Using various movement modalities, our breath and a focus on the mind/body connection: we build strength and stamina, as well as improve posture and self awareness. You are the movement.
