It’s a highly effective and efficient exercise program fully-customizable to your level of fitness. A strong and stable core is the basis of healthy posture. In addition, core strength benefits all your daily physical activities. In each lap of this self-paced circuit you will fully and systematically work each muscle group within and surrounding your core. The only equipment needed is a workout mat.
