The My ASEBP Mobile App gives you at-a-glance health and wellness spending account balances so you can better plan for both future expenses and manage any current health or wellness costs at your convenience. Features: • Access both ASEBP and retirement (i.e. MyRetiree Plan) plans through one account • Submit your ASEBP claims – Dental Care, Drugs, Vision Care, Other Medical Services & Supplies, Health Spending Account (HSA) and Wellness Spending Account (WSA) • Transfer unpaid claim amounts to your HSA with the tap of a button • View your HSA, WSA, paramedical (acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and physiotherapy), vision and dental (major treatment and orthodontics) balances on one page • Access your entire ASEBP claims history • Download commonly used documents (e.g. Explanation of Benefits, dental predeterminations, T4As, etc.) • Search prescription drugs to learn if they’re covered and learn about any alternative drugs that may be available • Find service providers (e.g. massage therapists, physiotherapist), including a list of ineligible providers • Search for drug coverage by DIN (drug identification number) • Access your TARP (Therapeutic Alternative Reference Pricing) program decisions • View your ASEBP ID card and benefit coverage information, both on and offline

With the Alberta Blue Cross® app 100 per cent of health claims can be submitted online, saving you time and money. Simply sign in using fingerprint or facial recognition to take full advantage of being an Alberta Blue Cross® member today. The app offers several convenient features such as • your ID card—making it nearly impossible to forget at home, • online claims submission—in most cases payment is available next business day, • real-time claims history—find out if a claim has been processed with direct deposit date, • cancel or modify a claim—quickly make changes without phoning or waiting on hold, • upload receipts—take a photo of your receipt and upload, • benefit lookup—whether it is for prescription drug, health or dental, you can look up eligibility, how much of a benefit has been used and see when your next full-maximum is available, • direct-bill provider lookup—through google maps, find providers near you who direct-bill, • Balance®—your online wellness platform, • direct deposit—sign up or update your banking information and stop waiting for cheques in the mail, • premium payment—avoid disruption by changing your payment dates or frequency and make your payments online, • personal information updates—prevent errors and easily update your email, address or phone number, and • documents and resources—view your account balance, letters, bills and tax receipts.
