Easy-to-review version of the "Segregation for Hazardous Materials" tables found in CFR 49 §177.848 This app utilizes the "Segregation for Hazardous Materials" and "Class 1 Explosives Compatibility" Tables found in DOT/PHMSA Hazmat and IATA Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling Regulations. Because of their hazards, some hazardous materials may not be loaded, transported, sorted or stored together during the course of transportation. Using the "Segregation Tables" in the D.O.T's Hazardous Materials or IATA's Dangerous Goods Handling Regulations, employees determine the requirements for loading/shipping different classes of hazardous materials on the same vehicle or aircraft.
