The application will include the following features; documentation on the latest updates, upgrades, software versions, document downloads, raise a ticket for support, contact information and a forum to discuss current technologies released by Kantech. To access the application users need to register, wait for approval and then access the support portal via the login page.

This helps reduce install times, manual entry errors, and costly call back visits. The wizard-driven commissioning process guides you through the install process. The app simplifies integration with existing Exacq and DSC PowerSeries Neo devices with an intuitive way to associate them together to create the integration.
