MoEYS HRCPD is an official mobile application of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport that covers Human Resources (HR) and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) functions. Important features include: - View and comment on staff profile: individual education staff can view his/her information details and comment on any incorrect information and submit suggested changes to his/her supervisor for approval. Once the supervisor has approved the requests, the data will be automatically updated in the database. - Search for CPD offerings: the app allows staff to search for CPD offerings which can be customised according to topic, training modality, and location. - Register a CPD offering: education staff can register for a relevant CPD offering under two funding options. - View their own CPD activities: users can view statuses of their CPD activities, including Registered, In Progress, Completed, and Failed. - View CPD credits earned: users can check available CPD credits they have earned.

The app offers teachers quick access to the most frequent course facilitation tasks, including daily attendance taking, grading, in-class communication, sending announcements, and staying updated with daily tasks. In addition, teachers can easily review a detailed report on student progress, manage multiple class sections and create tests and exams for each subject.
