By using our level's system you can keep track of your progress easily and work towards moving up in levels faster than you could on your own without a coach to guide you. RIDER BALANCE EXERCISES: Inside you'll find yoga on horseback lessons as well as balance lessons and exercises to give you a better position, deeper seat and steadier more effective leg.
