The Prime Minister's Youth Programme is launched by the Prime Minister for the socio-economic empowerment of youth on the national level. It envisions the youth of Pakistan to Focus on their plan for business ventures by facilitating them through guarantee-free government loans with a reduction of Mark up to 5% from 7%.
