Burn Collective is a Hawaii based fitness and wellness studio offering customized group fitness classes in LED/NIR Red Light, Infrared Heat Therapy and 50* degree CryoBURN for the ultimate results and health benefits.
The BURN Method classes are RESULTS driven and uniquely developed by Maria Chase with a strategic approach to effectively redesign the physique and boost the metabolism. Classes range from our foundational BURN45, HIIT (High Intensity Intervals) style class, to our IsoBURN Pilates based Isometric sequencing and Sculpt. Each class offers a unique approach to muscular design and conditioning resulting in a balanced, beautiful and strong physique for all fitness levels. In-studio classes range from 45-60 minutes and accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced. All workouts are designed to be easily done from anywhere with no equipment. However, we do believe weights are a key component to an efficient fat burning workout. Optional weights we use in the studio and recommend at home include dumbbells 1-8lb, resistant bands light-heavy, ankle weights 1-5lbs and sliders.

HEATED CLASSES: STRENGTH This 45 minute high-intensity, highimpact infrared heated class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and elevate cardiovascular performance focusing on muscular strength and endurance to change your physique. Stronger, tighter and toned muscles loading!
TONE This 45 minute low-impact far infrared heated mat class focuses on Pilates-inspired movements while incorporating light hand weights, ankle weights, and slides. This class is designed to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improving overall muscle tone and increasing mobility.
STRENGTH x TONE This 60 minute comprehensive far infrared heated class combines Pilates-inspired movements, strength training, and HIIT to deliver a full-body workout. This class also includes an extended stretching and cool-down to enhance recovery and flexibility. HEATED classes combine key elements of strength training, HIIT and Pilates.
Our classes are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced. In-studio classes range from 45 to 60 minutes and are designed to be completed anywhere, with no equipment required. To optimize your workout, we do recommend the use of optional weights such as dumbbells (1-20lbs), resistance bands (light to heavy), ankle weights (2.5-5lbs), and sliders.
