In ogni sezione sono presenti delle schede-servizio che forniscono ai cittadini tutte le info esplicative del servizio, le modalità di accesso e la documentazione da produrre. In maniera interattiva e possibile chiamare I'ufficio che eroga il servizio per avere ulteriori info o un appuntamento cosi come sono presenti mappe che aiutano a raggiungere I'ufficio mediante geo-localizzazione.
