AWa10 ist ein IPS-System zur Verwaltung aller Standorte, Gebäude, Anlagen, Baugruppen, Maschinen, Werkzeuge, Messmittel und sonstiger Objekte mit allen Vorgängen. Verwalten Sie diese Objekte nach Belieben in einer beliebigstufigen Baumstruktur, einem grafischen Navigator, einer Listen- und Symboldarstellung, nach diversen Sortierungen und Selektionen.
Definieren Sie zyklisch auszulösende Inspektionen und Wartungen, erfassen Sie Störungen, Reparaturen und Ereignisse wie Umbauten, Abnahmen, Audit-Maßnahmen, etc. Dabei können Ressourcen wie Personalzeit, Ersatzteile, Messungen, Werkzeuge u.a. zugeordnet sowie Ursachen-, Fehler- und Rückmeldecodes erfasst werden.
Die Auswertung kann beliebig durch Reportgeneratoren und Excel-Ausgaben erfolgen. AWa10 erzeugt wiederkehrende Maßnahmen automatisch und druckt diese bei Bedarf auf dem vorgegebenen Zieldrucker aus oder sendet diese als PDF-Aufträge per eMail an vordefinierte Empfänger. Somit entfallen alle manuellen Recherchemaßnahmen.
