The App will allow patrons view the host’s songbook and make requests. Patrons can include a key change request and also see a list of their requests. This list will show if the host has accepted or rejected the request. The Patron can also receive a notification to tell them it is their turn next. The host interface receives the requests and allows the host to manage the order and send the notifications to the patrons. This will eliminate the need for the host to collect paper requests and refine them into order. Often the writing on these paper requests can be hard to read especially in darker environments. The App will solve this issue. The App will also eliminate the need for patrons to go searching for a songbook or waiting for one to become available. Hosts will have the ability to manage their songbooks, venue details, hours of operation and when requests will open, all online. They will also be able to add or remove venues, and manage their subscriptions easily.
