Using My Gym Lifts, you can easily find your lifts and have the information for each set right at your finger tips in a matter of seconds. It is as simple as either recording the lift within the app or importing your videos from your phone. Then you can fill in the name of the lift, if it was a PR, how much weight it was, the difficulty (RPE, RIR, or percentage), and whatever extra information you would like to store for when you go back to view it. Using the search bar or voice feature, you can instantly find any video based on the name, weight, difficulty, or any other piece of data that you included.
