Air Workouts is a workout app that records your exercises such as push-ups or sit-ups through AirPods' motion sensors. It calculates your burnt calories and time spent on workout. Returns you daily and weekly statistics. You can attend challenges and test yourself to see how many push-ups you can do in 2 minutes. Your workout data is shared with the Apple Health App. Only works with AirPods Pro, Max or 3rd Generation.

By attaching Airpods (those with an accelerometer), the sit-ups and push-ups are automatically counted. Make sure your Airpods are connected. Press "Start" to start the measurement. It is counted when you do push-ups. You can enter it manually even if you don't have Airpods. Press "Save" to save the number of times and graph it by day, week or month
