Profiles - Easily browse through peer profiles and learn about XM at their organization. If you find a peer you would like to meet and learn from, send them a connection request.
Meetings - Chat and arrange online meetings with peers you’ve connected with. Qualtrics does all the heavy lifting of sending meeting invites, reminders, and video conferencing. Just pick a date and time and get ready to share.
Reputation - Promote your peers and help others find the right expert by leaving reviews after meetings
Rewards - If asked by Qualtrics to speak to a peer, quickly earn points that can be redeemed in the rewards store on Swag kits, meetings with XM Scientists, product certification courses, and more.
News - Read news articles from the community and get updates from Qualtrics.
Control - The XM Advocates app gives you total control on your participation rate. Set boundaries on how often you want to be matched with peers. Adjust these settings anytime.
How does it work?
1. Tap the “I’m interested in joining” button and schedule a time to meet with a recruiter.
2. The recruiter will walk you through setting up your profile, which consists of information about you, which Qualtrics products you are using, and how you are using them.
3. You’re all set! Find other advocates that you would like to learn from and send them a connection request. If they accept, you can immediately chat and set up online meetings.

The Delighted app is a free resource for Delighted users, in addition to the Delighted Kiosk app for in-store feedback collection. Once you download the app, enter your login credentials to start viewing survey data on the go. The app fully supports users with 2-step security turned on.
