If your heart rate is too high or too low, the coach will alert you and give understandable hints. Follow your individual coach with voice assistance and increase your effectiveness during training! The most important thing for the coach is for untrained people not to feel overstrained, athletes on the other side can train intensively and successfully. “Sport as therapy” with voice assistance provides you with a whole new experience of work outs. If you are additionally interested in controlling your high blood pressure, the digital coach can help you lower your blood pressure with the help of controlled heart rate-adapted training. The app allows the display of current blood pressure measurement data, collected with the Tel-O-Graph ® device from IEM in Aachen, and weekly experience reports are generated.
