POINTS is a new rewards program for NBB’s customers based on their preferences and lifestyle to reward them for cards expenditure and other activities, allowing them to redeem their points through a number of redemption options. NBB customers can login immediately to POINTS using their existing NBB Digital Banking credentials to be rewarded with points for different financial and non-financial activities, and will be rewarded for special occasions. They can also earn points collectively through a household account that the whole family can share that will accelerate the earning and redemption process for all household members. POINTS rewards through 2 different points types; 1. Base points: points received on credit and prepaid card spending 2. Bonus points: points received on all other activities How can I earn points on the “POINTS” Application? 1. Spend with NBB credit and prepaid cards 2. Apply and get your new NBB’s new credit card 3. Complete your profile to get rewarded on the next login 4. Respond to our surveys 5. And on more special occasions… What can I redeem my points for? 1. Base Points: a. Cashback Rewards: 100 Base Points are equivalent to BHD 1 (1% of the points value) 2. Bonus OR Base Points: a. Enrol to raffles for a chance to win valuable items b.
