HOW DOES TULANE TELEHEALTH WORK?
Create Your Account – Download the app or visit tulanetelehealth.com to connect via computer. Registering is easy! (If you have Tulane Telehealth as an employee or student benefit, please refer to the guides provided to you.)
Request a Visit – Open the app, request a visit, provide your medical history and a few details, and enter your insurance and/or credit card payment information.
Connect to a Provider – Your provider reviews your medical history and connects with you via video. Tulane Telehealth visits are based on top quality, evidence-based practice.
Get a Treatment Plan – Your provider discusses treatment, answers your questions, and recommends a plan of action so you can get better, sooner. If medically necessary, a prescription can be submitted to the pharmacy of your choice.
DOES TULANE TELEHEALTH REPLACE MY DOCTOR?
No. Your primary care provider knows the intricacies of your health and is crucial in providing ongoing care that’s right for you. Tulane Telehealth provides patients convenient, accessible general medical care when and where they need it. You can download a copy of your visit information to share with your primary care provider at your next scheduled visit.
