The Wien Energie Tanke app 2.0 provides full control when charging your e-car as well as many advantages and improved features: - Detailed overview: Displays available and occupied Wien Energie and partner charging stations. The navigation function provides you with the fastest route to the charging station. - Optimised filter functions: Search for and filter charging stations by adapter type, power output, address, operator, availability and many other options. - Store frequently used charging stations as favourites for rapid access. Log in to the app to see a full overview: - Start the charging process via the app at all Wien Energie charging stations (city group) - Push messages at the start and end of every charging process at Wien Energie’s charging stations. - Access and track the current live status of a charging process. - Practical overview of charging history: Previous charging instances, including the tariff, costs and many other details, can be viewed at any time. New app & new password: Are you already a Wien Energie Tanke app customer? 1. Open the app: Select ‘Login” and then ‘Login data forgotten’. 2. Enter your username: You can find your username on your Wien Energie Tanke charging card or on your bill. It consists of a combination of letters and digits starting with AT-VIE. 3. Open the email from Wien Energie: You can now define a new password. Register and start charging immediately. Are you a new Wien Energie Tanke customer? 1.
