CSV to KML Converter SBR

This is a utility tool that converts files in CSV format to KML format. KML is widely used in applications such as Google Earth, ArcGIS, and GPS devices. Since the conversion process takes place on your device, it offers significantly enhanced security compared to similar services where files are uploaded to a server. As an additional feature, it implements a compression function that reduces the number of coordinate points in the CSV file to one-tenth.
