Which means you have an idea of the amount you'll be paying before requesting for dispatch. TRACKING PACKAGES This is a very interesting part of the Darum App. It allows you to track your package in realtime. Once you have an active delivery, you can share the tracking code of that delivery with your receiver /sender for them to also track the dispatch on the Darum App. This is aimed at helping you make informed decisions, while expecting your parcel. Once your parcel is picked up, the rider cannot cancel your order until your order is delivered. In the case where you feel any type of distress, you can call our customer service, we will investigate your order and if need be, we will cancel and re-route that order within the shortest time possible.
