While Sermo Avenue provides a helping hand, consistent interaction with a parent or loved one remains the most effective way to enhance your child's vocabulary. This is why we've crafted two activities that foster deeper engagement. The first activity involves a simple syllable-based puzzle, segmented according to the number of syllables in the flashcard's word. As each puzzle piece is moved, it triggers the haptic and auditory representation of that syllable. This enriching puzzle can be replayed endlessly. The second activity encourages parent-child teamwork, as you both embark on a "hunt" to find and photograph other objects with characteristics akin to the original word. Optimized for children aged 2 to 4 who are deaf or hard of hearing and equipped with hearing aids, the app’s vibrations complement the audible and visual elements.
