Unlimited disease, and therefore unlimited patients can be monitored in this application and at any time desired patients can be exported as a table file with the file extension .csv. Up to 5 diseases and up to 5 patients are free to add. In the case of increasing the number indicated, there are 3 subscription methods that can be accessed. The current subscription periods are $4.99 for a month, USD$23.99 for 6 months, and USD$50.99 for 12 months.
