The Plaza Simulation was designed for participants to practice 3 skills which will directly impact their bottom line results; 1. Strategic Thinking, 2. Negotiation, 3. Execution. In order to win the simulation, participants must execute their decisions with 2 goals in mind; Making Profit, and Sustainable relationship with stakeholders.
