This information is then used to better match available pharmacists to patients who have a pre-identified clinical need. The pharmacist then uses the Aspen RxHealth app to contact the patient. Once connected, the app provides an elegant workflow interface to assist the pharmacist in documenting the care experience. At the conclusion of the intervention the pharmacist simply clicks a button and directly receives payment for their services.
