There is now a Setting View to select which time to display in complications. Swipe left to change this Setting. As space inside different complications allows, some complications have both rise and set times and even a sun arc for daylight! Small complications allow a single user-selected time, like "C up arrow" for next Civil Sun Rise. This App is for Apple Watch Series 3 and later!
