Join2Move is een artrose beweegprogramma van 12 weken waarmee je zelfstandig in beweging komt en blijft. Je stelt je artrose programma met drie simpele stappen in en gaat zo van start. In de eerste week doe je op eigen gevoel drie activiteiten waarbij het basisniveau en doel op jou afgestemd wordt. In de 11 weken daarna doe je drie keer per week een activiteit, elke dag een oefening en krijg je regelmatig nieuwe informatie voorgeschoteld. Na het doen van een activiteit krijg je meteen feedback en weet je of je goed op weg bent met je programma. Join2Move helpt je zo om in beweging te blijven met artrose en helpt je voorkomen dat je teveel of te lang beweegt.

The founder is Peter Arentsen. He is a Health Scientist and has worked as a Physiotherapist. The scientifically educated team developed the exercise method almost 10 years ago. Since then, the method has been continuously improved. Today the exercise method is recommended by medical doctors, physiotherapists and spine clinics.
