The app allows our members to sign- up for group exercise classes and lap swimming and add them to their calendar. Members can also create personal goals both in the club and on the go and be able to sync to other personal tracking devices to stay motivated. The ProMedica ForeverFit App offers a variety of Virtual Only classes and individual exercise plans for those who want to work out in the safety of their own home. ProMedica ForeverFit app uses the Health app that is pre-installed on your iPhone to sync nutrients and workouts data. Because of this, the app will ask you to grant read and write access to your nutrients and workouts data.
