The "Vigo" app creates a direct and bidirectional channel with the citizens. It allows the user to subscribe to notifications to receive daily alerts on the cell phone about the latest municipal news, traffic cuts, cultural events, general and transport notices. The "Vigo" app also allows citizens to participate directly in the progress of the city by sending notifications about the state of municipal services, the city or suggesting ideas for improvement. The app structures the information in modules or "mini-apps" and works as if it were a new city-citizen operating system. The Vigo app can use your location to show you the nearest elements (bus stops, pharmacies, ...). The app will be able to use the location in the background to follow tourist routes.
