Measure Your Working Hours with Ease
Are you looking to effortlessly track your working hours or time spent at a specific location? This app is designed for you. Unlike other apps that require constant user interaction, this app operates in the background seamlessly—you can even close it, and it will still monitor your arrival and departure from your chosen location.
How It Works
The app utilizes your device’s location services to detect when you enter and leave the monitored area. To ensure accurate tracking, you need to enable:
• Location Services
• Background App Refresh
• WiFi
The app leverages the visitor location mechanism, a battery-conservative method, ensuring minimal impact on your iPhone’s battery life. You’ll see a location arrow in the status bar, but it won’t drain your battery like traditional GPS-based location services. For optimal accuracy, keep your WiFi enabled.
Setting Up the App
Setting up the app is quick and easy with just three steps:
1. Press SETTINGS
2. Press SET YOUR LOCATION
3. Find the location to monitor and drop a pin (long press). By default, the radius around this location is 150m, but you can adjust it using the slider. Once you’re satisfied, press SAVE—and that’s it!
Additional Features
• Backup/Restore: Seamlessly transfer your settings to a new iPhone. Press BACKUP on your old iPhone, wait 1-2 minutes, and then press RESTORE on your new iPhone. Ensure both devices display the same date to confirm a successful transfer.
• Automatic Backup: The app performs a backup each time it’s started in the foreground.
Having the app on multiple iPhones is unnecessary, so the backup/restore feature is primarily for moving to a new device. Your data is securely stored in iCloud, ensuring privacy and security. No proprietary servers are involved, meaning no one else can access your data.

Use your school or organization's iPad or iPhone as a kiosk to check in students or members of any age, every day, or check participants in and out on the go at individual events. Collect information about guardians picking up and checking out students or members, including optionally capturing a guardian's signature and photo. All student/member and guardian data entered into the app by you and your users stays securely on a single device behind the device's own authentication, while in the public-facing kiosk mode each student or participant is checked in or out only by guardians or individuals that know their full name and group they're in. Older students and adult members can serve as their own "guardian" and check themselves in and out directly, depending on the organization's own rules and to whom they give access to the device and kiosk screen.
The main kiosk display is customizable for your school or organization's name and color scheme. Refer to groups and members however you like, such as students and grades in a school, singers and ensembles in a chorus, or players on different teams. Use numbers or completely unique names to publicly identify each group in your organization.
The event log screen keeps track of each member's check in and out events, including dates, times, and reasons for them checking in and out, using your own, configurable list of reasons for public users to choose from. All data and settings persist even after the app is relaunched.
