Power Monkey Fitness is a group of elite athletes turned coaches who have spent years providing movement education to clients, ranging from competitive CrossFit athletes to people who simply want to move better. Programs are written by Olympic Gymnastics team member Dave Durante, Three-time National Champion Weightlifter Mike Cerbus, and Director of Power Monkey Programming, Colin Geraghty. Whether it's your first pull-up, muscle-up, or handstand, you'll progress through the movements with strength and virtuosity. Plans are built based on your level! -Volume Plans- These plans are for Competitive Athletes looking to improve the volume and intensity of specific movements during workouts and training.
