Opti-Time Mobile is the mobile version of Opti-Time Field Service, the optimization solution for planning field activities of the company GEOCONCEPT. The application allows each resource (commercial, technical, delivery) to consult on the ground, in connected and disconnected mode, the information on its agenda and to communicate in real time with the system : display appointments, input and sending of reports, mapping, consulting a contact, timestamp interventions ... Geolocation Geolocation lets a user share his/her location in real time with his/her colleagues. Locations are sent only if geolocation has been enabled in Opti-Time. The user can disable the sending of locations at any moment by symply activating the Private mode in the app settings. Locations are not stored, the Geoconcept company only keeps the last known location. Geolocation is used at the level of Colleagues functionalities in order to find and contact a colleague around. Efficiency Access resources constantly clear and realistic schedules that ensure their respected zones. Tools at their disposal (diaries, contacts, navigation aid ...) allow them to better prepare their movements and be more effective on the ground. Simplicity Its user-friendly interface makes it simple to use application and accessible to all, no technical knowledge or special training are required. Reactivity Update of appointments status and sending of reports from the application allow the planner to have a real-time view of business teams and better manage risks. Access to traffic data in real time also allows business teams to optimize their travel and so ensure response times reduced. Autonomy To ensure continued access to data (e.g interventions underground), the application is available offline. The user views and updates information in real time. Synchronization with the system is done automatically when the application is again connected to the Internet.
