The Complaints, Monitoring & Follow –Up Committee (CMF) of NIHR: The CMF Receives complaints or requests for assistance from any person in Bahrain regarding any violation of human rights issues. All Complaints are assessed, categorized and then a process of defining the best way to address the violation is pursued with the concerned party.

Mawaeed is an App provided by the Information and eGovernment Authority of the Kingdom of Bahrain. It allows citizens and residents to book appointments at their preferred timing, prior to visiting the government service center. The App allows you to benefit from the following services: - Book an appoint for any listed government service, and save the appointment to your calendar. - Change/Cancel any pre-booked appointments. - Receive notifications and reminders of your bookings. - View the history of your appointments. - View details of service Centers around you (Branch location, Working hours). - View details of appointment requirements (Documents, ID, etc). - View and Uupdate your contact details. - Receive news and updates from government service centers.
