BOOK A VISIT, VIDEO OR IN-OFFICE Simply tap the "Book Visit" tile and follow the instructions to search for and book a video or in-office visit with your Village Medical provider. SEND US A MESSAGE Send and receive messages with your provider and care team via the "Inbox" tab. ACCESS YOUR HEALTH RECORDS Tap on “My Health” on the main navigation bar for quick access to your lab results, medications, post-visit summaries and care documents.
