Te Reo Singalong 與 Noah the Boa 使用情況與統計

Introducing the Te Reo Singalong app - the perfect tool for your child's te reo Māori language learning journey! This app is based on our multi-award winning books, and is designed to make learning te reo Māori fun, easy, and accessible to everyone, even if you have no prior knowledge of the language. With 30 catchy music videos, a picture dictionary with animated vocabulary cards, more than 20 interactive language learning activities, and 5 Te Reo Singalong Show videos, this app has everything you need to help your child gain confidence with te reo Māori. Each of the Te Reo Singalong books becomes a catchy song with a repetitive sentence structure, making it easy for your child to remember new words and phrases. The app is affordable, engaging, and easy to use - simply play the videos, listen and sing along! Te reo Māori is one of our official languages, and it deserves respect. That's why the Te Reo Singalong team is passionate about helping teachers and parents to move forward in their confidence to use more te reo Māori in the classroom and at home. With this app, we aim to make sure that every household in Aotearoa New Zealand can have access to high-quality te reo Māori learning resources. Our author, Sharon Holt, says, “As teachers and parents, we are pronunciation role models of te reo Māori for the children in our care. Our Te Reo Singalong books can help with that. Listen to the songs as children do, and copy what you hear!” You do not have to speak or understand any te reo Māori to be able to use this app. Suggestions for how to use the app: - Encourage your child to listen to the songs and sing along for at least 10 minutes each day. - Simply open the app and click on the video of your choice. It will start playing automatically. - Listen and sing along! … children often spontaneously move to the beat. Encourage that! - Notice natural progression as learning te reo Māori becomes one of your daily habits. If you have the confidence, you may want to go deeper: - Pause the video and discuss the gorgeous illustrations on each page. - Encourage your child to match words they have heard in the song with images/illustrations on the page. - Apply new vocabulary to real-life situations, e.g. say ‘ngeru’ when the cat walks in. - Share the videos and your child’s learning with friends. Additional resources: The gorgeous illustrations help to bring the story to life and each print book is packed with extra resources that teachers love: English translation, glossary, activity ideas and guitar chords! Many teachers say these are the best Māori language resources they have ever purchased. This app contains only the music videos; the print books with additional resources are available at www.tereosingalong.co.nz For comments or any additional information, feel free to contact us at info@tereosingalong.co.nz Terms of Use: Website: www.tereosingalong.co.nz

Swipe back and forward through this delightful animated children's book. How long is Noah? Very! The story follows Noah's adventures when he escapes from the zoo. With music and sounds and words which can be listened to or just read. Noah the Boa is an animation of a book which originally unfolded into one long page as the story itself unfolded. Tap a button to move from page to page and see what happens. There are several surprises of course. Swipe the screen to move back through the story and forward again to where you were so that you can see the whole picture. * a story with a colourful, retro feel to it * fitting music and sound effects throughout * tap on the words to hear them * tap the button to move to the next page when ready * my grandson loves it - he's 5 * website with more info at noahtheboa.co.uk
