Anti-Spam protection uses reliable information to recognize incoming calls and to suggest which ones are spam or telemarketing. You can also decide to automatically block numbers that are identified as spam, so you will no longer receive these calls on your phone at all and you will no longer be disturbed! This feature requires permissions to access and manage phone calls. These permissions are necessary to identify, block, and notify users about potential spam calls. Before enabling the Anti-Spam feature, you will need to accept a few permissions: • To access the contact list in order to identify if the number is recognized by the user and to display notifications for recognized numbers, potential spam numbers, or potential telemarketing numbers. • To allow the My Orange app to manage phone calls in order to block spam/telemarketing calls. Why is this important? This feature ensures that you are not interrupted by unwanted calls, providing a safer and more convenient communication experience. There’s more to come.
