Payroll: Set hourly, daily or monthly salary for a single or multiple people with a possibility to assign by position, department and location. The adjustment tool allows the flexibility in setting up and managing taxes, additions, deductions and rates (overtime, holiday shifts, etc.) Payslips are generated automatically according to attendance and period. The calculated salary can be edited by adding additions and deductions. Once approved, payslips are sent to people via mobile app.
Attendance Tracking: People are able to clock in/out multiple times a day with geotags. Optional geofencing boundaries can be enabled and prevent clock-ins out of the designated locations. Attach photos or selfies and leave comments for your managers, so they know the status of each record. Clockster compares attendance records with the current schedule of every person to provide precise working hours and to show whether they are on time or late. We know that every person might forget something, so that's why clockster reminds people of clock-ins/outs 5 min prior to start/end time to make sure they make record. For those people who have missing attendance records, the system will offer to send a request to add them automatically.
Shift Scheduling: Create work or leave schedules for a single day or a period. It can be assigned to a single or multiple people with start/end time, break time, grace period and more. Clockster offers to create basic schedules that can be automatically assigned to new people to help you save tons of time. At the same time, people can check their actual schedule in their mobile app to know when to start. To save time, people can manage their schedule on their own by simply sending requests to their managers. Upon approval the new schedule will be applied on top of the existing.
Task Manager: Employees working on a common task can be grouped, with each assigned a specific subtask that includes a checklist, time and location tracking, file attachments, and a built-in discussion thread. Real-time photo attachments can also be made mandatory upon task completion.
Leave Management: Sick and maternity leaves, days off, vacations requests and more all in one place. Manage leave balance rules to set limits for automatic calculation of the remaining days for a single person or a group. Increase the transparency of your daily processes by digitizing and controlling advance payments, financial assistance, bonuses, allowances, expense claims, purchase of goods or services. Clockster helps to manage daily routine processes such as overtime, change in working conditions, complaints, requests for missing clock-ins and more.
Communications: Managers can instantly share news and updates with their team members filtered by person, department and location. Clockster offers one of the most advanced chat tools that is integrated in every single feature. Each request, task, post has its own section for discussions to ensure better communication and access to chat log archives.
