What are these ambiences for?
There are 5 categories and 25 ambiences for you to listen. These categories are Forest, Water, Fire, Rain and Various. Under each category there are more variety of sounds. These ambiences will help you move away from distractions while studying. You can use the app for better sleep too.
How to use it?
It's simple. Just select the ambience for your task and add calming melodies or alpha waves if you want. For example, if you can't focus on your work properly you can select the
Autumn Forest atmosphere under the Forest category and calm your mind easily. If you can't read your book in a crowded place just select Waterfall under the Water category and isolate yourself easily.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. You can use Study Ambience without an internet connection. But some of the songs need an internet connection in order you to listen. Online category give your more meditative sounds but may use your data.

What are binaural beats? How does it affect me?
Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sounds, caused by specific physical stimuli. This effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove and earned greater public awareness in the late 20th century based on claims coming from the alternative medicine community that binaural beats could help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity, focus, and other desirable mental states. The effect on the brainwaves depends on the difference in frequencies of each tone.
