Inform San Carlos allows service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc) to be submitted directly to the City of San Carlos, where it will be routed to the correct administrator during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This means your service requests will be responded to quickly and efficiently, and you'll be notified the second they are resolved! If this is an emergency, dial 911 or the Police non-emergency number 650-802-4321 for immediate assistance for non-emergency police matters. The City of San Carlos looks forward to serving you.
